What is your company's stance on hiring women?
In our company, as stated in the amendments to the Equal Employment Opportunity Law, we do not differentiate recruitment by gender. Within the limited hiring plans, we focus on candidates who possess a strong professional outlook and expertise, and who can be the future leaders of D-Plus, rather than basing decisions on gender.
Is it possible to continue working after marriage or childbirth?
Yes, it is possible. Seven out of seven eligible employees took parental leave (2022 results), and the return rate after leave is 100%, so you can rest assured.
Are there any subjects or qualifications I should study before joining?
There is nothing in particular. We hope you will fully enjoy and accomplish things that you can only do as a student before starting your career as a professional. If we had to suggest something, having a driver's license might make your work easier.
Do you have door-to-door sales or cold calling?
We do not have either of these. Our company operates on a completely customer-initiated sales model, where we propose cars to customers who are interested in purchasing. Therefore, even those without sales experience can confidently engage in their work.
I would like to use my car for commuting. Are there any restrictions on the car model?
There are no specific restrictions. Our company handles all types of Japanese cars, so any model is acceptable.
