At each store's pit, you'll handle a variety of tasks, from regular maintenance such as oil changes to inspections, repairs, and the installation of optional parts. By working directly on customers' vehicles, you will gain experience and grow, even if you're new to mechanics.

Using the specialized skills you've learned, you'll not only repair customers' cars but also explain issues clearly and offer advice to prevent problems. Installing the best option parts and decorations for customers' cars is also part of the job. Always keeping the customer's perspective in mind, you'll perform the necessary tasks.

Tasks include handling customer calls and visitors, managing information, accounting, advertising, recruitment, and more, depending on the assigned department. However, all these tasks are crucial support roles for sales and mechanics to achieve results at the store.

Even if you don't have experience in administrative work, D-Plus is a great place to start. Many of our senior employees started with no experience, so you'll find it easy to ask questions and get helpful guidance.

You will repair scratches and dents on cars to ensure customers can enjoy driving their vehicles comfortably. In addition to the repair tasks, you'll also handle phone calls, estimates, work assignments, and customer service.

Our newly relocated store in February 2023 is clean and modern. We provide OJT training, so even if you're inexperienced, you'll have no problem learning on the job.
