Job Requirements

Mechanic

Salary New Graduates
Monthly salary: ¥252,662 (without qualifications)
Monthly salary: ¥305,148 (with a Class 2 Automotive Mechanic License)

Mid-careers
Monthly salary: ¥219,706 and up
For experienced candidates, previous salary is guaranteed
(Please bring your tax withholding slip to the interview)

Part-time/Temporary
¥1,250 per hour
Main Duties You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks at each store’s service pit, including:
Regular maintenance such as oil changes
Vehicle inspections and general repairs
Installation of optional parts
Additionally, you will communicate with customers to offer additional maintenance services and make recommendations.

Qualification Allowances Class 3 License: ¥10,000/month
Class 2 License: ¥43,000/month
Vehicle Inspector License: ¥60,000/month
Salary Increases Twice a year
Salary Increase Examples After 6 months: Monthly salary of ¥308,809
After 1 year: Monthly salary of ¥443,074
Annual Salary Examples Year 2: ¥5,000,000 (¥360,000/month + bonuses + allowances)
Year 3: ¥7,800,000 (¥560,000/month + bonuses + allowances)
Year 5: ¥8,500,000 (¥610,000/month + bonuses + allowances)
Our evaluation system reflects hard work within six months.
