For new graduates, you will participate in an orientation.
The orientation will cover the following:

- ・Employment conditions, benefits
- ・Job responsibilities
- ・Company atmosphere
- ・Selection process
*It is scheduled to last about one hour.
The next step is an interview with the HR representative.
Depending on the stage, the CEO may conduct the interview.

Once you agree to the procedures for joining the company and the process is completed, the informal offer will be made.
