What is your company's stance on hiring women?
Our company does not have gender-specific recruitment, as per the revision of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law. Within the limited recruitment plans, the hiring criteria are based on whether the candidate has a strong sense of professionalism and expertise, and whether they can be a key member of DeepPlus moving forward, rather than their gender.
Is it possible to continue working after marriage or childbirth?
Yes, it is possible. We have had a 100% return rate from employees who took parental leave (7 employees took leave in 2022). You can feel assured that you will be supported.
Is there anything I should study or any qualifications I should have before joining?
There is nothing specific. We would like you to enjoy your student life to the fullest before transitioning to the working world. If I were to suggest anything, having a driver's license would make your work easier.
Do you have cold calling or door-to-door sales?
We do not have any of that. Our company operates with a completely walk-in customer model, where we offer vehicles to customers who are considering purchasing a car. Therefore, even those without prior sales experience can confidently take on the job.
I would like to use a car for commuting. Are there any restrictions on the type of car?
