Store Manager Candidate (Sales)

Salary Monthly salary: ¥300,000~
*For experienced candidates, previous salary can be guaranteed.
(Please bring your withholding slip during the interview.)
Main Duties General customer service and sales at the store.
Customers visit the store after seeing the website or flyer.
Introduce leasing options with monthly payments and assist customers
in selecting their desired vehicle model and options.

3rd year: ¥7,800,000 (monthly salary of ¥560,000 + bonus + allowances)
5th year: ¥8,500,000 (monthly salary of ¥610,000 + bonus + allowances)
Performance-based evaluation system that reflects results after six months.
Bonuses Twice a year
Holidays and Leave Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Shift system
Paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment)

Office Staff

Salary Monthly salary: ¥210,000~
6-month probationary period
For experienced candidates, previous salary can be guaranteed.

Part-time/Hourly wage: ¥1,250
Main Duties Handling customer phone calls and in-person visits
Data management, accounting tasks, advertising, recruitment
Responsibilities vary depending on the assigned department,
but all roles are essential support for sales and mechanics.
Many senior employees started with no prior experience, so you can work with confidence!
