QUESTION #1

About Working at D-Plus

This is My Job
I am mainly responsible for receiving, inspecting, and returning cars brought in for regular inspections. Since I joined without experience in car maintenance, it's challenging as I don't yet know the ins and outs, and the work is tough. However, my seniors have been teaching me about car maintenance since I joined, and I am now putting what I've learned into practice. One challenge I face is that while my seniors can remove tires in 4 to 5 seconds, it takes me 10 seconds. I want to keep practicing, improve my skills, and become faster. I will continue learning and working hard to become a full-fledged mechanic.

QUESTION #2

Why I Chose D-Plus

When I watched the president's video on the website, I was moved by the philosophy that values both employees and customers. It seems rare for a company's philosophy to include both. For example, some focus only on employees or only on customers. By joining D-Plus, where both are valued, I believed I could challenge my own happiness while also realizing customers' happiness. When I thought about my own happiness, I strongly desired to become a mechanic, and D-Plus offered me the opportunity, even as a beginner. I feel this philosophy is being lived out here, and I will continue working toward my goal of becoming a mechanic, challenging my own happiness.

QUESTION #3

The Most Satisfying Moment

As I started without experience in car maintenance, there were many things I couldn't do or didn’t know. However, I’ve gradually been given more responsibilities, such as jobs I could not do before, and I feel the most satisfaction from that. At first, I didn't expect to be entrusted with maintenance work, but since joining, I’ve been entrusted with the work I really wanted to do. Recently, I’ve also been given responsibilities for interacting with customers. I am confident that I will continue to grow in this role.

Advice for Job Seekers Advice from a Senior

It’s a good idea to start learning proper language and phone etiquette early on. You may not use it much before joining a company, but it’s never too late to learn. The first time you will use it as a company member is when handling customer phone calls. So, if you’re a new graduate, practicing phone etiquette while working part-time will help you transition smoothly when you join. Interviewers also look at your language skills, so if you work hard to learn now, you can use it during your interview to secure the offer. I hope we can work together, and I wish you the best of luck!
