The happiest moment was when we, as a team, achieved the target number of sales for our store. I helped my subordinates who were not producing good results by conducting role-playing sessions and holding problem-solving meetings to understand what they knew and what they didn't. This allowed me to offer better advice, and we all achieved the store's goal together, which was truly satisfying.

My previous job was in the renovation sales field. I was looking for a new job in sales, and I applied to D-Plus because I liked the atmosphere of their website. The interview felt more like a conversation than a formal process, and after talking for an hour, I felt it would be a place where I could grow. I knew I wasn't suited for a rigid corporate structure, so I wanted to work in a company with a good atmosphere where people are fairly evaluated based on their efforts. After joining, I’ve been able to feel myself growing every day and experiencing fulfillment in my work.

At other company interviews, I was told there would be an interview but it didn't happen. Despite that, I focused on how I could promote myself, even if I didn't get a good result. In the end, I believe the company that truly recognized my potential is the place where I can thrive, and I think it’s important to showcase what you can do, as it leads to better results.
