To increase the number of customers visiting our store, I handle updating the company website, creating flyers, managing social media accounts like YouTube, and planning TV commercial content! Additionally, I plan monthly customer appreciation weeks for visitors. I constantly think about how to make customers want to visit our store, and I come up with various content ideas. Since I'm not directly interacting with customers, I frequently ask myself, "What are customers thinking? What concerns do they have? What would make them happy?".
Once a week, we have a company-wide meeting, and when I hear feedback from the sales team saying, "The content of the Appreciation Week was well received by the customers!", it makes me feel like my efforts were worthwhile. Since I don't interact directly with customers every day, hearing such positive feedback is really motivating.
I originally worked in sound and lighting at a hotel in Tokyo, but I wanted to return to my hometown and pursue a career in planning. Although I had no experience in this field, I heard that D-Plus would entrust me with PR planning through the company website and social media, so I decided to take on the challenge! I was nervous at first, but my boss has been very supportive of my growth and provides daily advice, which I believe is one of the great attractions of D-Plus.
