As a mechanic, I perform around 10 lease inspections on weekends and about 5 on weekdays, in addition to conducting about 3 inspections for general customers. As the CEO often says, being able to maintain vehicles is just the basics. For general customers, mechanics handle everything from the initial consultation to the maintenance work. I always think about how I can make customers happy and do my best every day. I believe that the environment where I can talk closely with customers is unique to our company, and it is a very rewarding job because I can see their smiles up close.
The happiest moment for me was when the customer was pleased. Among all the tasks, the one I put the most effort into is washing cars. I do it with care, and when I return the car to the customer, seeing their happy reaction is the most rewarding feeling.
The biggest reason is that there is an environment where I can aim for higher positions, regardless of the number of years since joining. Although I’ve only been with the company for six months, I’ve already been entrusted with a leader position at the store, and I feel that I am growing through my daily work. The fact that the CEO regularly visits the store for environmental improvement activities once a month and cares about the employees working in the store is also something that makes me feel it’s a great workplace.
Even if you don’t know anything about maintenance, we will teach you, so just come with the motivation and the desire to grow. I believe that communication is the most important thing when interacting with both colleagues and customers. Good products and services are already provided by the company, so the key is how to sell those products and how to promote yourself to the customers. I always try to be conscious of growing myself through daily tasks. Everyone at our company will welcome you, so there’s no need to worry. Let’s work together with shared goals and do our best!
