The most challenging part after joining the company was handling the paperwork required from contract signing to vehicle delivery. Each document, from order forms to insurance-related paperwork, had to be processed with absolute accuracy. For a newcomer like me, dealing with such a large volume of paperwork and systems was quite overwhelming. However, when I delivered the first car to a customer I had personally signed a contract with, they said, "Thank you." That simple word made me enjoy the administrative work that once felt difficult. Seeing the smiles of my customers became my greatest motivation.
