I think the most rewarding moment is when customers are happy. Among all the tasks, the one I put the most effort into is washing the cars. When I do it with care and see the customers' delighted reactions when I return the car to them, that's when I feel the greatest sense of accomplishment.

The biggest reason is that the company provides an environment where anyone can aim for a higher position, regardless of their years of service. Although I’ve only been with the company for six months, I’m already entrusted with a leadership role in the store, and I feel like I’m growing through my daily tasks. I also feel that the company is a great workplace because the president regularly visits our store for monthly environmental improvement activities and cares about the employees working here.

Even if you don’t know much about car maintenance, we’ll teach you, so just bring your enthusiasm and desire to grow. I feel that communication is the most important thing, whether you're working with colleagues or interacting with customers. The company already provides great products and services, so my focus is on how to promote myself to customers and how I can grow through my work.
