This is My Job
To increase the number of customers visiting our stores, I update the company website, create flyers, manage SNS platforms such as YouTube, and plan TV commercials! Additionally, I plan the monthly Customer Appreciation Week for customers who visit the store. I am always thinking about how we can make customers want to visit the store, and I plan various types of content accordingly! Since I do not directly interact with customers, I constantly question myself about what customers are thinking, what their concerns are, and what would make them happy.
The Most Rewarding Moment
We have a general meeting once a week, and when I hear from the salespeople that “the content of the Customer Appreciation Week was well-received by the customers,” I feel that my efforts were worthwhile. Since I don’t directly interact with customers every day, hearing such feedback is truly motivating.
Why I Chose D-Plus
Originally, I worked in sound and lighting at a hotel in Tokyo, but I wanted to return to my hometown and pursue a career in planning, so I applied for this position. Although I was inexperienced, I heard that I would be entrusted with public relations planning through the company’s website and social media, and I decided to take on the challenge! Although I had some doubts, my superiors have been very supportive of my growth, giving me advice every day, and I think this relationship is one of the biggest appeals of D-Plus!
Advice for Newcomers
There are many things you won’t know until you actually join the company, but if you have concerns or questions during your job search, I encourage you to ask them actively! Take the time to reflect and find a company that suits you. D-Plus also has a YouTube channel, which I believe can give you a feel for the company atmosphere, so please check it out! We look forward to your subscription and positive ratings!
