Why I Chose D-Plus
First, I saw that the company's revenue was growing steadily every year, and I thought it was a company with great potential. Additionally, the company itself is relatively new and still developing, yet it's already leading the leasing industry. The average employee age is young, and I was told that regardless of tenure, achieving results would lead to promotions. Since I dislike seniority-based systems, I wanted to surpass my father's income. I felt that with my effort, I could earn well here, which is why I chose D-Plus Corporation.
Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry
I have two reasons. Firstly, I genuinely love cars, which is the biggest reason. Being young, I believed that if I worked in an area related to what I love, I would be more likely to continue in it. Secondly, when my parents bought me a car, I was impressed by the sales representative's professionalism and thought they were amazing and cool. This made me aspire to be like them, which is why I chose the automotive industry.
What I Learned from Training
I learned many things during training, but the most important was to work with a bright voice and smile. This applies to all situations. I joined the company aiming for a sales role, and during sales training at the store, I observed senior employees interacting with customers. They had a cheerful tone and always smiled, which made customers more comfortable talking to them. Seeing this firsthand was a valuable learning experience for me.
Impressions Before and After Joining
Before joining, I had heard during interviews and internships that there were many young employees, but I was curious about the actual atmosphere. After joining, I found that it was exactly as I had heard. Each store has its unique vibe, and the differences are quite pronounced. Regardless of the location, there’s a clear distinction between work and relaxation, so I didn’t experience much of a gap between my expectations and reality.
Advice for Newcomers
Preparing for interviews and entry sheets may feel overwhelming, but finding a company you’re truly satisfied with will be worth it. I encourage you to give your best effort and avoid any regrets. During interviews, confidently express your thoughts with a loud and clear voice.
