The most rewarding moment was when we achieved our store's target number of units together as a team. I conducted role-plays with my team members who were struggling and held regular consultations to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. With this approach, I could offer relevant advice, and achieving the store's target together was truly fulfilling.

I had prior experience in home remodeling sales before joining D-Plus. I was looking for a new opportunity in sales and applied to D-Plus because the company's website had a great atmosphere. The interview felt more like a conversation, and I felt that D-Plus was a company with room for growth, which motivated me to join. I realized that I wasn't suited to a hierarchical system like those in big companies, so I was drawn to D-Plus' work culture where hard work is fairly rewarded. Since joining, I’ve felt my growth every day and have been able to work with a sense of fulfillment.

In interviews for other companies, there were times when they said they would conduct an interview but didn't. Nevertheless, I focused on how I could best showcase myself in the interview, even if the outcome wasn’t ideal. Ultimately, the company that recognizes your potential is the one where you can thrive. I believe that highlighting your strengths during the interview process leads to the best results.
