Making Both Employees and Customers Happy

Why I Chose D-Plus

I felt that this company had a young average age and a lively atmosphere. I thought that I would be able to gain various experiences from a young age, and in fact, I was promoted within a year and was able to receive compensation based on my results, which allowed me to grow as an individual. I also resonated with the company's philosophy that employees must be happy in order for customers to be happy.

Reason for Choosing the car Industry

The reason I chose this industry is that I have always liked cars and wanted to work in the automotive field. I learned about the method of leasing new cars and, after seeing the growth in the industry over the past few years through sales data, I felt that it was a sector with potential for future growth.

What I Learned from Training

The training began with basic etiquette courses, followed by phone handling, in-store sales training, and maintenance training such as car washing and vehicle inspections. These sessions helped me learn the fundamentals required to become a professional. I also had the opportunity to experience working firsthand, such as making calls to customers and washing their cars.

Impressions Before and After Joining

Before joining, I thought the company was a bright, fun, and lively place. After joining, that impression didn’t change. The entrance ceremony had a serious atmosphere, while the group work afterward was lively, giving me the impression that there is a good balance between work and play. During the training, I visited several stores, and I noticed that the atmosphere was similar everywhere, with a clear distinction between work and off time, making it an enjoyable place to work.

Advice for Newcomers

There will be many things you don't understand, but I recommend that you don’t take your questions home. Instead, actively ask until you understand. By doing this, you'll begin to understand what you want to do and what you're thinking. Good luck!
