I believe that communication and regular progress reports are very important. By sharing the status of the tasks assigned by my manager, I can make it clear where I may be facing challenges. And when I complete tasks successfully, it also builds trust and creates opportunities for my manager to entrust me with more responsibilities in the future.

Even before joining the company, I felt that all the employees had a bright and positive attitude. After actually working with them, I realized that while everyone takes their work seriously, they are not overly rigid, which makes the workplace a very comfortable and supportive environment for me.

I believe that approaching work with a bright, energetic, and open attitude leads to personal growth. After joining the company, there may be times when you feel uncertain because so many things are new. However, by asking questions without hesitation and learning from the strengths of senior colleagues and managers, you will surely find yourself growing closer to them in one year, five years, and beyond.
