Why I Chose D-Plus

The reason I chose D-Plus is that I felt it offered an environment where I could truly grow as a person.
During the company information session, I learned about the thorough training programs and the clear evaluation system, and I was attracted by how each employee’s effort and achievements are properly recognized.
I decided to join because I felt that D-Plus is a workplace where I can build a solid foundation as a professional and steadily improve my skills.

Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry

The reason I chose to work in the automobile industry is that it supports an essential part of everyday life and has a stable demand.
Although I wasn’t very knowledgeable about cars and had little understanding of the industry at first, I felt that D-Plus offers an environment where even those without prior experience can start with confidence.
There are still many things I don’t know, but the sales and maintenance staff kindly teach me along the way, and I’m gradually building up my knowledge day by day.

What I Learned from Training

During the training, I learned the basic manners required as a working professional. Through phone training, I realized both the difficulty and the importance of calmly understanding the other person’s needs.
At the store training, I observed car maintenance and also experienced car washing firsthand.
It was more challenging than I had imagined to finish without leaving any water droplets or streaks, and I learned how essential it is to have a broad perspective and pay close attention to detail.

Impressions Before and After Joining

Before joining the company, I was a little worried that there might be some distance between different job roles.
However, after joining, I found that everyone—regardless of position—is always willing to kindly and patiently explain things as many times as needed.
Since many of us are close in age and can talk casually, it feels like a very comfortable workplace where we can encourage and learn from one another.
