Why I Chose D-Plus
I first learned about D-Plus at a company information session.

I felt that D-Plus truly values not only its customers but also its employees, and that made me want to become part of the company.
Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry

I had always been interested in cars, and those words motivated me to pursue a career in this industry.
What I Learned from Training
I learned how to interact with customers, what kind of services D-Plus provides to them, as well as business manners and phone etiquette.
Even now, I can clearly feel that what I learned back then is still helping me in my daily work.
Impressions Before and After Joining

Advice for Newcomers
It’s perfectly normal not to be able to do everything at the beginning.
What’s important is to take the time to learn each thing carefully, even if it means taking the long way.
By doing so, you’ll eventually discover the shortcuts and find your own way of working more efficiently.
