Why I Chose D-Plus

D-Plus attracted me with its philosophy of “taking on the challenge of bringing happiness to both employees and customers through our services” and its culture of valuing people.
At the company information session, the employees spoke warmly and sincerely, which made me feel it was a workplace where I could work with peace of mind.
I decided to apply because I want to support the company internally as an administrative staff member and contribute to our customers.

Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry

Cars are an indispensable part of daily life, and I was drawn to the way they support people’s everyday living.
Not only sales staff who interact directly with customers, but also administrative roles play an important part in the business.
I find great fulfillment in supporting from behind the scenes, as it allows me to deliver reassurance and satisfaction to our customers.

What I Learned from Training

During the training, I not only learned business manners and job knowledge, but also the importance of working together with colleagues to tackle challenges.
Administrative work requires accuracy, but at the same time, close coordination with others is essential.
Through the training, I truly realized the importance of reporting, communicating, and consulting (“Hō-Ren-Sō”).

Impressions Before and After Joining

Before joining the company, I was worried that the automobile industry might be difficult because of all the specialized knowledge it requires.
However, after joining, I found that the training programs and the support from senior colleagues were very thorough, creating an environment where I could learn with confidence.
Since even things I don’t understand are taught to me kindly and carefully, I believe this is truly a company where I can grow in a positive way.

Advice for Newcomers

One phrase from a senior colleague that left a strong impression on me was, “First of all, it’s important to work steadily and accurately.”
Administrative work may seem modest, but I feel it truly supports the company.
I learned that by steadily building things up one step at a time without rushing, we can earn trust and achieve growth.
Keep doing your best!
