I believe that cars are an essential part of people’s lives and will remain so even as times change. I chose to pursue a career in the automotive industry because I want to enrich people’s lives by delivering the value that cars provide.

During the training, in addition to learning the basics such as telephone etiquette, I had the opportunity to experience the work of various departments at the head office. This allowed me to understand the overall structure and workflow of the company. It was a valuable experience that helped me realize how my role contributes to the organization and greatly supported my personal growth.

Before joining the company, I had some concerns, but the senior colleagues kindly provided thorough support, which gave me the confidence to take on new challenges. In my daily work, I feel the energetic and positive atmosphere, and I believe it is an environment that encourages me to stay motivated and proactive.

Even if you encounter something you don’t understand, don’t keep it to yourself—be proactive in asking for advice. Since those around you will provide solid support, I believe this is an environment where you can grow with confidence as long as you take on challenges positively.
