Why I Chose D-Plus
Among the many companies I looked at, Deeplus was the one where I felt the greatest warmth from people. I was drawn to the way the company values connections with customers and the good relationships among employees. I felt that this was a place where I could take on challenges with peace of mind, and where my efforts would be fully recognized. That’s why I decided to join.
Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry
Cars have always been a natural part of my life—not just as a means of transportation, but also as something that brings excitement and fun. That’s why I felt this work is not just about “selling products,” but about being able to be close to our customers’ daily lives. I find it rewarding that it has such a direct impact on people’s lives, and that’s what made me want to work in the automobile industry.
What I Learned from Training
The biggest thing I realized during training was that while knowledge and skills are important, the attitude you have toward customers is even more crucial. Simply putting yourself in the customer’s shoes or being mindful of polite language can make a big difference in how you’re perceived. I want to always remember these basics and continue to put them into practice.
Impressions Before and After Joining
Before joining, based on the company briefing sessions and the website, I had the impression that this was a bright and friendly company. After joining, I found that to be exactly true. I could feel the strong camaraderie among employees and the generous support from senior colleagues. More than I had expected, the company has an open atmosphere where I feel reassured about working here.
Advice for Newcomers
If I were to give advice as a senior to new colleagues, I would say: focus on connecting with the people around you. Instead of carrying everything alone, asking for advice and helping each other makes work easier and provides more opportunities to learn. I also make it a point to create an approachable atmosphere so that others can feel comfortable talking with me.
