I chose the automobile industry because I have always been interested in cars and see them as something that makes life more convenient and fulfilling. Cars are not just a means of transportation; they also support valuable time with family and friends. I was drawn to the idea of being able to provide such value, and I wanted to share it with many people, which is why I aspired to work in the automobile industry.

During training, I learned the basics of being a working professional, such as handling phone calls and exchanging business cards. I also studied what leasing is and how it works. In addition, the headquarters training gave me the opportunity to visit different departments and learn about a wide range of operations, which became a valuable chance to deepen my understanding of the company’s overall structure and roles.

Before officially joining, I worked part-time here for about six months, and even then I felt it was a warm workplace where senior colleagues gave kind and thoughtful guidance. After joining full-time, that impression did not change; in fact, I was further inspired by the lively atmosphere and the way each employee works with motivation. I truly feel this is an environment where I can grow in a bright and positive atmosphere.

The workplace has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which makes it very easy to work in. Since the people around you kindly teach and support you, you can approach your tasks with confidence. The overall energy is so motivating that I feel it is an environment where I, too, can continue to grow positively.
