Since my university days, I have driven and interacted with cars regularly. Because I was already familiar with them in daily life, I thought working in a field related to cars would make it easier for me to engage with my work, which led me to choose this industry.

During training, I learned essential professional skills such as business etiquette, exchanging business cards, and handling phone calls. These have been directly useful in my actual work. At the store training, I had the opportunity to observe real customer negotiations and learned about how leasing works.
