Why I Chose D-Plus
The reason I chose D-Plus is that I was told by the HR staff that many young people are already playing active roles here.
Hearing that inspired me, and I thought, “I want to make an impact while I’m still young too!” — that’s why I decided to join.
Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry
When I was a student, I worked part-time at a gas station.
There, I had the chance to experience a bit of car maintenance, which sparked my interest in automobiles.
What I Learned from Training
I was taught a wide range of things—from proper language and manners as a working professional, to car maintenance and basic sales knowledge.
Through this, I was able to learn important mindsets and attitudes needed in the workplace.
Impressions Before and After Joining
Before joining the company, I was quite anxious, thinking that working life must be much stricter than being a student and wondering what kind of people I would meet.
But after actually starting at D-Plus, I found that everyone is genuinely kind, and it’s a very comfortable place to work.
Advice for Newcomers
I think this is a perfect place for anyone who wants to “grow while still young,” “work happily with those around them,” and “learn a lot about cars.”
