Why I Chose D-Plus

The HR representative I met during my interview had such a wonderful and welcoming attitude that I immediately thought, “I want to work here!”
I also heard that D-Plus provides an environment where even young employees can take on challenges, and seeing senior colleagues achieving great results one after another really inspired me.
What truly convinced me to join was the desire to become part of that team as soon as possible and contribute to the company’s growth.

Reason for Choosing the Automotive Industry

I’ve always liked cars, but more than that, I was drawn to the fact that this job is closely connected to people’s daily lives.
Cars are an essential part of everyday living—whether it’s commuting or going out with family.
I felt a strong sense of purpose in being involved in something that plays such an important role in people’s everyday routines.

What I Learned from Training

I learned a wide range of things—from basic business manners as a working professional, to how to interact with customers, handle phone calls, and even acquire knowledge about cars.
What impressed me the most was the attitude of “putting yourself in the customer’s shoes.”
I learned the importance of not just selling products, but providing service that makes customers feel, “I’m glad I chose this person.”

Impressions Before and After Joining

Before joining, I had the impression that D-Plus was a company full of energy and drive.
After actually joining, I realized that it’s not just energetic—it’s a company with warmth within that energy.
My supervisors and senior colleagues provide strong support, and instead of blaming mistakes, they think together about how to make use of them next time.
While the work can be challenging at times, I truly feel a strong sense of fulfillment and personal growth.

Advice for Newcomers

I remember being told, “You don’t have to be perfect from the start. Your honesty and energy are your greatest strengths.”
There are still many things I don’t fully understand yet, but I try to value the attitude of “giving it a try” and “asking questions.”
While continuing to learn, I want to become a trusted member of the team as soon as possible.
